What you need:
10 identical buckets for each team
I purchased these buckets at a dollar store for $1 each.
Before using them, remove the sticker tags, and cut off the rope handles.
stack each set of buckets into a pyramid 4, 3, 2, 1
How to play:

collapse buckets into 1 single tower
re-stack buckets into pyramid 4, 3, 2, 1
