cherry banana smoothie

This is one great smoothie recipe!  By the way, if you only have the fruit and almond milk, you will still have a great smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 hand-full frozen dark cherries

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 scoop collagen powder

  1. Toss all ingredients into a blender. (I use my Nutri Bullet.)

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Drink up!

I love to freeze my fruit because it makes my drinks icy cold. When freezing fruit, place the cut or individual pieces of fruit on a tray in the freezer. Once they are frozen, place them in a freezer bag, then store in the freezer.
