Today’s Big Faith Thought

God never calls you to do something without giving you what you need.

When God asks you to do something, it’s often bigger than what you can handle on your own. It may feel challenging, uncomfortable, or even a little scary. That’s because God doesn’t want you to rely only on yourself—He wants you to depend on Him.

Here’s the good news: God will equip you! He doesn’t just give you a task and walk away. He gives you strength, wisdom, and courage—again and again—for everything He calls you to do.

If God is calling you, He will also help you.

God’s Word for Your Journey

God’s Word reminds us that when we depend on Him, He provides everything we need.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Philippians 4:13

When we rely on God instead of ourselves, our lives point others back to Him.

“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16

God promises to renew our strength when we trust Him and keep going.

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
Isaiah 40:31

Prayer for the Journey

Dear God,
Thank You for calling us to do big things that remind us how much we need You. Help us trust You and lean on Your strength, wisdom, and guidance every step of the way. Give us ears to hear Your voice and courage to say “yes” when You call. May everything we do point others to You and bring You glory. Thank You for always giving us what we need to do what You ask.
