  • Volunteer systems, schedules, and structure

  • Curriculum flow and weekend organization

  • Coaching for staff and key volunteers

  • Support during hiring or transition seasons

Services can be provided remotely, with limited onsite support if needed.

🔹 Engagement Options & Investment

Option 1: Remote Interim Support

  • $1,250–$1,750 per month

  • 60–90 day agreement

  • Weekly check-ins + on-call support

  • Systems stabilization and leadership coverage

Option 2: Hybrid Interim Support

  • $1,750–$2,250 per month

  • Includes limited onsite support (as needed)

  • Ideal for churches in active transition

All engagements are short-term and clearly scoped.
