CARROT APPLE GINGER ROOT JUICE
Did you know that juicing is a great way to boost your immune system, and it helps to remove toxins from your body? My favorite healthy juice is a blend of carrot, apple, and ginger root.
Carrot + Apple + Ginger Root Juice
4 organic honeycrisp apples
8 organic carrots (mine were regular size - not large)
1.5” piece of ginger root

CLEAN THE PRODUCE
I just soak the fruits and veggies for 1-2 minutes in Thieves Fruit & Veggie Soak. I love using it because it’s essential oil infused, and it’s highly concentrated. A container of it lasts a really long time! You can order some from Young Living here.CUT THE ENDS OFF THE CARROTS
No need to peel the fruts or veggies
QUARTER THE APPLES
The size of the apples will depend on the opening of the chute on your particular juicer.
That’s it… now just push your fruits and veggies through the juicer. My juicer works best when I alternate the produce I’m using. I’m using a Champion Juicer 2000 that I purchased back in 2004! I love it!

CLEAN-UP
Be sure to clean the juicer soon after juicing. If you do that, clean-up will be quick and easy.
